Please note that the firm operates a web filtering system.

We have a fairly open policy but there are some categories of site which are blocked to protect the systems and staff.

This is not an exhaustive list, but provides the main areas of restriction:

• Adult content
• Internet TV and Radio
• Peer to Peer file sharing
• Personal network storage and backup
• Streaming media
• Online applications
• Games
• Violence
• Weapons
• Parked Domains
• Uncategorised websites - please see the note below

Should you encounter a site you believe you need to access for business reasons, but is being blocked, please use the unblock button on the block screen.

If you do not see this button, please submit a ticket with the web address pasted and reason for the request.

If you are presented with this screen, please press REQUEST UNBLOCK. Then type in your email address and reason for request. This will be reviewed and you will be notified of the outcome of the review.

NOTE: If the category says 'Uncategorised' this could take up to 24-48 hours to be categorised and automatically unblocked. If this is urgent, please send a ticket.
