Requesting Large File Attachments

How do I request Large files from my Client?

PLEASE NOTE: The Firm does not accept USB Sticks or Hardrives.
They will not work on your Laptops.

How to Request Large files up to 2GB from your Client without the need of
Dropbox, WeTransfer, Google Drive etc, via Mimecast.

You no longer need to ask IT Support to download files for you, if you follow this method.

1. Once you have finished composing your email, click on the Mimecast tab at the top.
2. Then select Request Large File
3. Then press Send

What your Client will see (in case they ask you questions or you
may need to guide them)
They will receive the email like so:

When they open that attachment, it will appear like so:

Once the green Upload Files button is clicked, a webpage will open like so.
They can drag and drop files or use the Add Files button to browse and attach files.
Maybe write a little message too if they like..
Then they press Send and that's it. You should then get an email to download the files yourself.
