How do I set my Out of Office on via Laptop or Mobile?
In Outlook on your Laptop:
Press File on the ribbon
Then click on Automatic Replies (Out of Office)
Then select Send automatic replies and decide on your messages in/out the organisation and you could also set a start/end time if you like.
Outlook App on your mobile:
Select Settings (click on your user’s profile icon and select settings below).
Choose your Menzies account under Email Accounts.
Select Automatic Replies and turn it on.
