How do I add the ‘Book a meeting with me’ button into my email signature?
If you would like to add a ‘Book a meeting with me’ button at the bottom of your email signature, please follow the steps below:
1. Configure your Booking Homepage
From this booking homepage link, there should be a couple of default meetings as below:
Click on any of the two default meetings that are already there. You can then edit as follows:
- Change the title
- Amend the description of the meeting type
- Advise that the teams meeting option is toggled on
- Set the duration
- Set to public
- Choose what hours you want to be available
- Use the advanced options to choose buffer times etc
- You can/should also use the delete option to get rid of any of the defaults you do not intend to use.
Once you are done, click save and from the homepage, click the icon to get a link for your booking page:
2. Add your Booking link to your Templafy email
Then the final step to get it into your email signature: if you open Templafy https://menzies.hive.templafy.com/:
- Click the triple dots
- Choose to edit your profile
- Paste the link to your booking page in the ‘Microsoft Meeting Booking Link’ box at the bottom of the form
