Monitor Screens / Keyboard & Mouse Not Working

The laptop is charging but the monitors are black

Ensure nothing is plugged in. This includes the laptop charger, the USB C cable coming out from the Desk. Headset. An external Mouse or Keyboard. Anything. Remove whatever is connected.

Hold down the power button for 40-50 seconds. You may see flashing lights on the keyboard, or the screen IGNORE IT.

Let go and leave it for 20 seconds.

Power the Laptop back on. This can take a min or two and the fans may ramp up to max speed. This is normal, leave it.
