Click the OneDrive icon in the task bar (on the bottom right) - You may have to click the small arrow to reveal the icon(s).
Then click the cog on top right, and select Settings
In the new window, click 'Account' on the left bar then '+Add an account'
You will then be prompted to login with your Menzies login.
If you see the below error, keep all the toggles unselected then click Next.
Press Next, Next, Next etc..
You will now see in your file explorer both B&S and Menzies OneDrive.
Any issues, raise a ticket and we can look at this for you.
IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ
Check all files in the Menzies OneDrive are there, and up to date
If there are any that aren't up to date, or just not there at all, you can copy them from your B&S OneDrive, over to the Menzies OneDrive.
ONLY WHEN YOU ARE HAPPY THAT ALL YOUR FILES ARE THERE AND UP TO DATE - MOVE TO THE NEXT STEP
Now any files you save should now be saved to the Menzies OneDrive and not the B&S one.
It’ll become read-only and we’ll retain access
