How can I lock a Client in CCH and iManage or provide access to some staff?
The Partner or Manager in Client can do.
Open CCH (this is to lock the whole client completely. Not parts)
Responsibility tab > tick > OK
This is based on anyone in left box and right box, with the Allowed ticked.
If do want Business Support to do work (eg. filing), they needs to be in the right box prior to saving the team security.
