I am trying to carry out a manual tag on CCH’s iXBRL Review and Tag section, however it will not allow me to access the work accounts that I need to start the process.
The Word document doesn't appear.
There's a good possibility the Word document that CaseWare generated, was saved as a .rtf format. And CCH can't see it.
The Word document needs to be saved as a .doc format.
1) Open the the Word doc, and do 'save as' and select .doc
2) When CaseWare generates the Word document, save it down as a .doc for future.
