The problem is when I'm approving fees or when someone new or different has raised a bill on a client and I cannot see it to approve it.
PLEASE NOTE: This is for Partners/Directors (managers need to log a request to Admin using the CCH
adjustments form on the Intranet Homepage).
It is possible for you to add that person yourself rather than seek assistance to save time (especially around month end).
Please see the simple steps below:
1. Under the employees tab, search for yourself:
2. Then go to the Authorisation tab and make sure ‘Billing’ is selected and click the triple dots in the ‘Can
Authorise’ – Employee section:
3. Search for the employee and double click on their name:
4. Click ‘enter’ on your keyboard so that their name is added to your list. Don’t forget to click OK to save changes once you are done:
