CCH Billing wizard Freezes or I can't see the box

When I click on the billing wizard it appears to freeze

METHOD 1:

On the Taskbar, where the CCH icon is, if you hover your mouse, you can see the two windows (CCH and Billing Wizard)

Right-click the Billing Wizard and press Maximise.

IF THAT DOESNT WORK, METHOD 2:

When you click on this the billing wizard appears to start, but the window you need to continue has opened behind the main window.

However you can't get to that new "hidden" window to carry on.

This is a slightly odd work around, but it has worked on many occasions.
Minimise your programs so you can see your desktop.

Right click on any area of empty background and select Display Settings

In the display at the top there are 2 monitors. One will be grey, click on that so that it highlights and then scroll down the page.

There should be a tickbox that says make this my main display.

Tick that check and it will switch the primary monitor over.

At that point you should see the previous hidden window.
