How do I customise my Homepage?
Within CCH, there are a number of Homepages which are all fully customisable. To access the Home page, click the Home button on the ribbon at the top/bottom of the CCH screen:
You can see the different options available by clicking on the 'View' icon in the top left hand corner of CCH (Most
blank homepages should read as 'View 5, View 6 , View 7 etc.)
Once you have accessed any of the views, you can then click on the 'Customise' icon (Which can be found to the right of the 'View' icon):
The following Toolbox will then appear:
With the Toolbox open you can now do either of the following:
Choose any of the analysis options and drag them onto the page (the majority of useful ones will be in the ‘Practice Management’ section:
Move/Resize any analysis options already on the page
Please Note: If you need to make any changes and you want them saved for the next time you log in, you need to ensure you have the Toolbox open whilst making these changes. If the Toolbox is not open when changes are being made, then next time you log in, it will revert back to the criteria that was selected previously.
If you would like to update the name of the Views or change the order they appear in then select the 'Edit' icon in the top left hand corner of CCH, rename/reorder the view and select 'Save'.
Further options within analysis tools
All analysis have options to drill down/amend the current display. To do this, right click on any visual/report within a view to see a menu. As an example, the below shows the options if you have selected the Top 10 analysis option:
At 1st it may appear blank, you will need to right click and select the correct criteria for your client portfolio (Client Partner / Client Manager etc). I.e. select 'Top 10 WIP' and also make sure that the 'Employee' field has your name selected.
Once all the relevant criteria has been selected, data should start to populate and then you should see something similar to the below:
