A Citrix application is no longer responding or has crashed. Can you close it or end my session?
What to do when you have a program in Citrix that is no longer responding, or has crashed. Task Manager will not work for Citrix.
Right click on Citrix icon in system tray (it could be hidden and you may need to press the ^ icon), select
connection centre:
Select the server name at the top, for this example, we are connected to VDA-UKS-PRD-015
And then press Log Off
Press OK to confirm
Once the Connection Centre is blank, give it a few mins and then go ahead and reopen any Citrix app you like.
If that does not work, please call the IT Servicedesk and we can close just that program for you.
Alternatively you can create a ticket below 'Submit a request'
