How do I record and/or transcribe a Teams Meeting?
HOW TO USE RECORD AND TRANSCRIBE A MEETING IN TEAMS:
To Record and Transcribe a meeting in Teams (which will also generate automated minutes through Menzies automation), use one of the following methods:
1. Set meeting to record once the meeting has started
Once you have joined the Teams meeting, click on the ‘More’ option, choose ‘Record and transcribe’ and click ‘Start recording’ (figure 1).

2. Set meeting to record before the meeting has started
Navigate to the calendar in Teams, click on the required meeting and choose ‘Edit’ (figure 2).
Click ‘Meeting options’ (figure 3) and then go to the ‘Recording and transcript’ section and choose to ‘Record and transcribe automatically’ and ensure that you Save (figure 4).
