Robin Desk Booking Notifications

How can I change the way I get notifications about my Desk Booking?

Robin can be set up to send notifications about your desk bookings. Under your user settings in the desktop app and the mobile app, you can choose the type of notifications you'd like to receive (ignore references to Slack as this does not apply) .

 

In the Desktop app

Navigate to your User profile (icon in the top right) and click User settings > Notifications to the left pane.

You will then be able to manage the notifications captured below:

Not all options will display for you as some are admin settings

In the Mobile app

1. Open the Robin app.
2. Tap the settings icon in the top right corner of the app home screen. 
3. Tap Notifications.
