aCloud now requires you to have 2FA on your account, here is the process to setting this up.
Once logged into aCloud, click your name in the top right, then click 'My account'.
A new window will open, in the list on the left, click 'Two-Factor Authentication', then 'Get started with two-factor authentication'
The following window will show you the various methods to set this up, I highly recommend 'Using an authenticator'. Click 'Add authenticator app'.
Open the Microsoft authenticator app on your Mobile. Click the + icon in the corner, then select 'Other' / 'Other account ...'
Scan the QR code to add aCloud to the authenticator app, then type the code into the box below.
YOU WILL BE GIVEN 10 BACKUP CODES - KEEP THESE SAFE - 1 COPY IN YOUR WORK ONEDRIVE - ANOTHER OUTSIDE OF WORK SYSTEMS
If you lose your authenticator device, these backup codes will be used in their stead.
Click 'Enable two-factor authentication' to enable and you are all setup.
