How to Access the Company Portal

1. Click the Start Menu (Windows icon), type Company Portal, and press Enter

How to Download Apps

1. In the Company Portal, look at the menu on the left and click Apps.

   • 

2. Browse or search for the app you need (e.g., OneNote, Sage Accounts, Caseware).

3. Click the app name.

4. Press Install.

5. Wait until you see Installed before opening it.

How to do a Company Portal Sync

1. In the Company Portal, click the gear icon where it says Settings, on the bottom left.

2. Press Sync and wait for it to be finished.

 

 

How to Find Device Information

1. In the Company Portal, click Devices in the left menu.

   

2. Select your device from the list.

3. You’ll see:

   • Device name

   • Model

   • Compliance status
