Not getting Emails on my Laptop

My emails are not appearing in my Outlook on my Laptop?

 

1. Click Send/Receive > Work Offline.
   
   
2. Close Outlook
3. Reopen Outlook

4. Go back to Send/Receive > Work Offline and toggle back online.

   

5. In the same menu, select Update Folder and Send/Receive All Folders
