Cannot open CCH - says that my password has expired

CCH will not open and says that my password has expired and will not open.

 

Thats is because your login password has expired.

If your password has expired; you will not be able to access network drives, VPN, access Citrix (eg. CCH, screenshot above) or other systems.

The password is the same one you log into your laptop with. Although CCH and other apps do not require you to login with a password each time, it is still tied to your account login and SSO.
